  1. 3.3 lb. White Sorghum Syrup
Hops
  1. 1/2 ounce Cascade for 40 minutes
  2. 1/4 ounce Cascade for 10 minutes
  3. 1/4 ounce Cascade for 1 minute
Yeast
  1. US05 dry

Steps
  1. Boil: 40 minutes with 1/2 ounce Cascade Hops
  2. Boil: 10 minutes add 1/4 ounce Cascade Hops
  3. Boil: 1 minute add 1/4 ounce Cascade Hops
  4. Fermentation: Cool and Dry Sprinkle Safale us05 yeast
