Steps
- Mash/Grains: Mash 152 60 minutes
- Mash/Grains: mash out batch sparge 10 minutes at 170
- Fermentation: 3 weeks primary, then bottle or keg

Brown, but not as dark as classic brown. Actually qualifies as a Pale Ale, but the taste is brown mellow with refreshing hops.
