Malt
  1. 9 pounds 2 row
  2. 3/4 pound Crystal 20
  3. 1/4 pound Chocolate
Hops
  1. 1 ounce Northern Brewer 60 minutes
  2. 1 ounce Kent Goldings 10 minutes
  3. 1 ounce Kent Goldings 1 minute
Yeast
  1. Safale US05

Steps
  1. Mash/Grains: Mash 152 60 minutes
  2. Mash/Grains: mash out batch sparge 10 minutes at 170
  3. Fermentation: 3 weeks primary, then bottle or keg

Brown, but not as dark as classic brown. Actually qualifies as a Pale Ale, but the taste is brown mellow with refreshing hops.
