0.50 oz Northern Brewer [8.50%] (60 min)
0.75 oz Williamette [5.20%] (60 min)

Steps

Mash/Grains: Mash at 157 for 45 minutes.
Boil: Bring wort to a boil for 75 minutes
Boil: At 60 minutes add 0.50 oz Northern Brewer hops AND 0.75 oz Williamette hops
Fermentation: Primary ferment for 10 days @ 67F
Fermentation: Secondary ferment for 5 days @ 67F
