Steps

Mash/Grains: Mash: Single Step Infusion (67C/152F)
Boil: Bring wort to boil add 1oz Centennial hops (60 mins)
Boil: At 30 mins add .5oz Centennial hops
Boil: At 5 mins add .5oz Centennial hops
Boil: At flameout add 1lb Honey
Fermentation: Fermentation at 58F for 21 days.
Bottling: On bottling day, make a tea with a quart of the beer the spices and the priming sugar. Boil for one minute. Add to a french press and let sit for 15 minutes. Add to bottling bucket and then add beer to mix it in and bottle.
