Malt
  1. 9 oz American Black Patent
  2. 7 oz Crystal Malt 120°L
  3. 22 oz Oats Flaked
  4. 16 lbs. American 2-row
  5. 1 lbs American Chocolate Malt
  6. .75 lbs Roasted Barley
Hops
  1. .5 oz Nugget (Whole, 13.00 %AA) boiled 60 min.
  2. .5 oz Mt. Hood (Pellets, 5.00 %AA) boiled 30 min.
  3. .5 oz Mt. Hood (Pellets, 5.00 %AA) boiled 2 min.
Yeast
  1. Safale S-04
Specialty
  1. 2 oz Ground Sumatran coffee at flameout
  2. 2 oz Ground Kona coffee cold brewed, added at bottling
  3. 2.5 oz Dark bittersweet baker's chocolate at 15 mins.
  4. 1.5 oz Unsweetened chocolate baking nibs at 15 mins.

Steps
  1. Mash/Grains: Mash at 155F for 60 mins. 1.33 qt/lb.
  2. Boil: Bring wort to a boil and add .5 oz Nugget hops (60 minutes)
  3. Boil: At 30 minutes add .5 oz Nugget hops
  4. Boil: At 15 minutes add 2.5 oz Dark bittersweet baker's chocolate and 1.5 oz Unsweetened chocolate baking nibs
  5. Boil: At 2 minutes add .5 oz Nugget hops
  6. Boil: At flameout add 2 oz Ground Sumatran coffee
  7. Fermentation: 14 days @ 65F
  8. Fermentation: 28 days @ 65F
  9. Bottling: At bottling add 2 oz Ground Kona coffee cold brewed
