  4. 1.00 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 80L (80.0 SRM)
  5. 0.50 lb Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM)
  6. 0.10 lb Roasted Barley (300.0 SRM)
  7. 2.00 lb Corn, Flaked (1.3 SRM)
  8. 12.50 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM)
Hops
  1. 1.00 oz Target [11.00%] (60 min)
  2. 0.50 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00%] (15 min)
Yeast
  1. Whitbread Ale (Wyeast Labs #1099)

Steps
  1. Mash/Grains: Mash grains at 157F
  2. Boil: Bring wort to a boil for 90 minutes
  3. Boil: At 60 minutes add 1.00 oz Target hops
  4. Boil: At 15 minutes add 0.50 oz East Kent Golding hops
  5. Fermentation: Primary firment for 7 days @ 69F
  6. Fermentation: Secondary ferment for 5 days @ 69F with gelatin
  7. Bottling: Keg and chill to 37 degrees for 5 days
