Tasting Notes:

Very malty with notes of alcohol and significant but not overwhelming native hops for balance. Monstrous serving of citrusy American hops so the overwhelming impression is of very bitter hoppiness.

  1. Mash/Grains: Mash Type: Single Step, Grain Lbs: 17.50, Saccharification Rest Temp : 148 Time: 60
  2. Boil: Bring your wort to a boil and set your timer for 90 minutes.
  3. Boil: At 60 minutes, add 2.0 oz. Chinook hop pellets.
  4. Boil: At 20 minutes, add 1.33 oz. Northern brewer hop pellets.
  5. Boil: Terminate boil and add 1.0 oz. Northern brewer hop pellets.
  6. Fermentation: Primary fermentation 7 days at 70F.
  7. Fermentation: Secondary fermentation for 30 days at 70F. Dry hop and add 1.00 oz. Northern Brewer Pellet.
