Ingredients
Malt
  1. 4.0 oz Wheat, Flaked
  2. 6.25 lbs light DME
  3. 1 lbs Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L
  4. 8.0 oz Biscuit Malt
Hops
  1. .75 oz Goldings (5.0% AA 60.0 min) 13 IBU
Yeast
  1. WLP002 English Ale
Specialty
  1. 0.25 tsp Irish Moss (Boil 10.0 min) or one Whirlfloc tablet
  2. 60.00 oz Pumpkin, Canned (Boil 60.0 min)

Steps
  1. Preparation: Spread the pumpkin on a cookie sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees F before adding to the brew.
  2. Mash/Grains: Steep the grains for 20-30 minutes at about 155°F.
  3. Boil: Remove grains, bring to a boil for 60 minutes
  4. Boil: At 60 minutes (when it starts boiling) add malt extract AND pumpkin AND .75 oz Goldings hops
  5. Fermentation: Primary ferment for 7 days
  6. Fermentation: Secondary ferment for 14 days
