Ingredients
Malt
  1. 8 lbs Vienna Malt (3.5 SRM) Grain 84.21%
  2. 1 lbs Caramunich Malt (56.0 SRM) Grain 10.53%
  3. 8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) Grain 5.26%
Hops
  1. 38.30 gm Hallertauer [4.80%] (60 min) Hops 23.5 IBU
Yeast
  1. Saflager s-23 or favorite

Steps
  1. Mash/Grains: Mash @ 154.0 F/60 minutes (Add 11.88 qt of water at 165.9F)
  2. Mash/Grains: Sparge Water @ 168F (4.42 gal)
  3. Boil: Bring your wort to a boil and set your timer at 60 minutes.
  4. Boil: Once your wort is boiling, add 38.3g of Hallertauer hops.
  5. Fermentation: Chill wort and pitch yeast. Primary fermentation is for 30 days @ 55F.
  6. Fermentation: For secondary fermentation, chill down to 35F for another 30 days.
