Malt
  1. 0.50 lb Carafoam (2.0 SRM)
  2. 0.50 lb Melanoiden Malt (20.0 SRM)
  3. 8.00 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM)
  4. 1.00 lb Caraaroma (130.0 SRM)
Hops
  1. 1.00 oz Crystal [3.50 %] (60 min) (First Wort Hop)
  2. 1.00 oz Cascade [5.50 %] (30 min)
Yeast
  1. WLP001
Specialty
  1. 1.00 lb Honey (1.0 SRM) (add at flame out)

Steps
  1. Mash/Grains: Mash for 90 minutes at 154F.
  2. Boil: Bring your wort to a boil and set your timer for 60 minutes.
  3. Boil: At 60 minutes, add 1.0 oz. crystal hops.
  4. Boil: At 30 minutes, add 1.0 oz. cascade hops.
  5. Boil: Terminate the boil and add 1.0 lb. of honey.
  6. Fermentation: Chill your wort to 70F and pitch your yeast. Primary fermentation for 14 days at 70F.
