Ingredients
Malt
  1. 11.00 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) UK (3.0 SRM) 63.8 %
  2. 4.25 lb Barley, Flaked (1.7 SRM) 24.6 %
  3. 1.75 lb Roasted Barley (300.0 SRM) 10.1 %
  4. 0.25 lb Acid Malt (3.0 SRM) 1.4 %
Hops
  1. 3.00 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00%] (60 min) Hops 31.2 IBU
Yeast
  1. WLP004 (Irish Ale)

Steps
  1. Mash/Grains: Single Infusion Medium Body: 170.5F for 45 Min
  2. Mash/Grains: 185.0 Degrees for 20 Min Batch Sparge
  3. Boil: Bring wort to a boil and start your timer at 60 minutes.
  4. Boil: Add 60 minutes, add 3.0 oz. Goldings, East kent hops.
  5. Fermentation: Primary fermentation for 7 days at 64F.
  6. Fermentation: Secondary fermentation for 14 Days at 64F.
  7. Bottling: Keg Conditioned till I can't stand it anymore
