  1. Mash/Grains: Mash: Grain Temperature: 72.0 F Sparge Temperature: 168.0 F Sparge Water: 4.21 gal, Mash In Add 14.69 qt of water at 165.9 F 154.0 F for 60 min
  2. Boil: Bring wort to a boil and add 1.00 oz Fuggles hops (60 minutes)
  3. Boil: At 15 minutes add 1.00 oz East Kent Golding Hops
  4. Fermentation: Primary Fermentation: 7 days
  5. Fermentation: Secondary Fermentation: 14 days
