Malt
  1. 7 lbs 12.8 oz Corn, Flaked (1.3 SRM) Grain 39.0 %
  2. 7 lbs 12.8 oz Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 39.0 %
  3. 4 lbs 6.4 oz Pale Malt (6 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 22.0 %
Hops
  1. 2.10 oz Liberty [4.30%] (60 min) Hops 15.3 IBU
  2. 1.20 oz Liberty [4.30%] (0 min) (Aroma Hop-Steep)Hops -
Yeast
  1. WPL940 (Mexi lager)

Steps
  1. Mash/Grains: Mash In: Add 7.60 gal of water at 159.3 F.
  2. Mash/Grains: Bring temp up to 152.0 F 60 min
  3. Mash/Grains: Let it rest for 45 min to bring the temp down to 140F.
  4. Boil: Bring wort to a boil and add 2.10 oz Liberty Hops
  5. Boil: Wait 60 mins and terminate the boil. Now add the aroma hops - 1.20 oz. Liberty
  6. Fermentation: Primary fermentation for 7 days at 52F
  7. Fermentation: Diacetyl rest for 6 days at 62F
  8. Fermentation: Secondary/lagering: Bring down the temperature 5F per day until you reach 32F. Then lager for 6 weeks.

A great summer time beer. It is way different than what you will find in the stores, but much better.
