Yeast
  1. German Lager WLP830

Steps
  1. Preparation: Fly Sparge, Single Infusion, Light Body Total Grain Weight: 10.25 lb
  2. Mash/Grains: 75 min. Mash In Add 12.00 qt of water at 164.3 F
  3. Mash/Grains: 10 min Mash Out Add 8.00 qt of water at 198.3 F 168.0 F
  4. Boil: Bring your wort to a boil and set your timer for 90 minutes.
  5. Boil: At 60 minutes, add 1.0 oz. Mt. Hood hops and add 0.33 oz. Vanguard hops.
  6. Boil: At 20 minutes, add another 0.33 oz. Vanguard hops.
  7. Boil: Terminate the boil after 90 total minutes and add another 0.33 oz. Vanguard hops.
  8. Fermentation: Primary fermentation should last for 15 days @ 50F.
  9. Fermentation: For secondary fermentation, lower the temperature to 40F for 25 days.
