Steps
  1. Mash/Grains: 60 min Mash In Add 13.75 qt of water at 173.3 F 154.0 F
  2. Mash/Grains: 10 min Mash Out Add 8.00 qt of water at 198.3 F 168.0 F
  3. Mash/Grains: Sparge with enough water to achieve desired boil volume.
  4. Boil: Bring your wort to a boil and set your timer for 60 minutes.
  5. Boil: At 60 minutes, add 1.50 oz. Goldings, East Kent hops.
  6. Boil: At 20 minutes, add 0.25 oz. Fuggles hops and another 0.25 oz. Goldings, East kent.
  7. Boil: Terminate the boil and then add 0.25 oz. Fuggles hops and another 0.25 Goldings, East kent.
  8. Fermentation: Primary fermentation at 68F for 21 days.
