  1. 0.50 oz Centennial [9.50%] (55 min)

Steps
  1. Mash/Grains: Mash at 150 degrees for 60 minutes.

  4. Boil: At 20 mins add 0.50 oz Cascade
  5. Boil: At 5 mins add 0.50 oz Cascade
  6. Fermentation: Primary Fermentation 4 days @ 68F
  7. Fermentation: Secondary Fermentation 5 days @ 68F
