  1. 2.00 lb Aromatic Malt (26.0 SRM)
  2. 2.00 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 20L (20.0 SRM)
  3. 1.00 lb Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM)
  4. 1.00 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 40L (40.0 SRM)
  5. 8.50 lb Pilsner (2 Row) Ger (2.0 SRM)
  6. 5.00 lb Vienna Malt (3.5 SRM)
  7. 4.00 lb Munich Malt - 20L (20.0 SRM)
Hops
  1. 2.00 oz Tettnang [3.20%] (60 min)
  2. 1.00 oz Tettnang [3.20%] (45 min)
  3. 1.00 oz Tettnang [3.20%] (30 min)
Yeast
  1. Safale - 04

Steps
  1. Mash/Grains: Mash this at around 156F - 158F
  2. Boil: Bring the wort to a boil and set your timer for 90 minutes.
  3. Boil: At 60 minutes, add 2.0 oz. Tettnang hops.
  4. Boil: At 45 minutes, add another 1.0 oz. Tettnang hops.
  5. Boil: At 30 minutes, add another 1.0 oz. Tettnang hops.
  6. Boil: After another 30 minutes, terminate the boil and chill your wort to pitch your yeast.
  7. Fermentation: Primary fermentation at 68F for 7 days.
  8. Fermentation: Secondary fermentation at 68F for 28 days.
  9. Bottling: One week to chill/carb. in the keg.
