  2. 2 lbs Vienna Malt (3.5 SRM) Grain 15.38 %
  3. 8.0 oz Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM) Grain 3.85 %
  4. 8.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 20L (20.0 SRM) Grain 3.85 %
Hops
  1. 0.50 oz Centennial [9.50 %] (Dry Hop 5 days) Hops -
  2. 1.00 oz Centennial [9.50 %] (15 min) Hops 15.0 IBU
  3. 1.00 oz Centennial [9.50 %] (5 min) Hops 6.0 IBU
  4. 1.00 oz Centennial [9.50 %] (1 min) Hops 1.3 IBU
  5. 1.00 oz Centennial [9.50 %] (60 min) Hops 30.3 IBU
Yeast
  1. SafAle English Ale (DCL Yeast #S-04)

Steps
  1. Mash/Grains: Mash grains at 150F for 60 minutes
  2. Boil: Bring wort to a boil and add 1oz Centennial (60mins)
  3. Boil: At 15 minutes add 1oz Centennial hops
  4. Boil: At 5 minutes add 1oz Centennial hops
  5. Boil: At 1 minute add 1oz Centennial hops
  6. Boil: Pitch SafAle English Ale yeast into the fermentor
  7. Fermentation: Primary fermentation for at least 4 weeks at 65F
  8. Fermentation: Add 0.50 oz Centennial hops after 5 days (dry hop)
