Ingredients
Malt
  1. 2lb Munich
  2. 0.5lb Caramunich
  3. 0.5lb Caravienne
  4. 5.5lb Pils
  5. 5.5lb Vienna
Hops
  1. 0.5 oz. Hallertau 4.2% AA at 15 min
  2. 1 oz. Tettnang 4.4% AA at 60 min.
  3. 0.5 oz Hallertau 4.2 % AA at 30 Min
Yeast
  1. WLP029

Steps
  1. Mash/Grains: Single infusion mash (1.25 qts./lb.) at 154 degrees for 90 minutes.
  2. Boil: Bring to a boil for 70 minutes
  3. Boil: At 60 minutes add 1oz Tettnang hops
  4. Boil: At 30 minutes add 0.50oz Hallertau
  5. Boil: At 15 minutes add 0.50oz Hallertau
  6. Fermentation: Ferment at 65F for 1 week
  7. Fermentation: Drop to 60F for 2 weeks
  8. Fermentation: Crash cool for a few days at 39F before kegging
  9. Bottling: Age 2 months in keg on gas before serving.
