Ingredients
Malt
  1. .5lb Rice Hulls (if needed to prevent stuck mash)
  2. 7lbs German Wheat
  3. 4ibs German Pils
Hops
  1. .75oz Hallertau @ 45mins
  2. .25oz Hallertau @ 15 mins
Yeast
  1. Wyeast 3068 Weihenstephan

Steps
  1. Mash/Grains: Mash for 90 minutes at 153 degrees.
  2. Boil: Add .75oz Hallertau at 45mins
  3. Boil: Add .25oz Hallertau at 15mins
  4. Fermentation: Ferment for 10 days at 68F. No secondary fermentation.
