  1. 6.00 lb Pilsner (2 Row) Ger (2.0 SRM) Grain 40.00 %
  2. 6.00 lb Vienna Malt (3.5 SRM) Grain 40.00 %
  3. 3.00 lb Light Munich Malt (6.0 SRM) Grain 20.00 %
Hops
  1. 2.00 oz Hallertauer Mittelfrueh [3.90 %] (60 min) Hops 20.9 IBU
  2. 1.00 oz Hallertauer [3.90 %] (30 min) Hops 8.0 IBU
Yeast
  1. German Bock Lager

Steps
  1. Mash/Grains: 60 min Mash at 156.0F
  2. Boil: Bring your wort to a boil and set your timer for 90 minutes.
  3. Boil: At 60 minutes, add 2.00 oz. of Hallertauer Mittelfrueh hops.
  4. Boil: At 30 minutes, add 1.00 oz. of Hallertauer hops.
  5. Boil: Terminate the boil and chill the wort in preparation to pitch the yeast.
  6. Fermentation: Primary fermentation for 14 Days @ 50F.
  7. Fermentation: Lager your beer at 45F for 6 weeks.
